So whenever I would feel like buying the pro version, that would most probably be impossible. In installed your plugin on three of our sites now, and already an issue with one of them. I realise it’s not the plugin that’s causing this, but Freemius, but that’s the only way to install it.

Below no such option. On top there was an option like ‘remove all accounts’ and that’s what I tried. No effect; I had to opt-in and enter my pro code for wpase, but still the strange status for your plugin. Also: in the admin menu the line of that says ‘Account’ is missing. I think this is my first time that I understand why some WP builders / developers refuse to install / buy plugins that work with freemius. I never understood why…

Sorry, but it does. Even with the standard Gutenberg Mark text function. Just go to his page: https://basbuis.eu/review/kadence-blocks/ and go to the bottom or click on the button ‘voorbeelden’ or ‘examples’.

In Dutch the spaces are there as it should be. In English the spaces are gone.

Issue Kadence+ Geodirectory

The beginning:

3 sites.

1) no issue with Geodirectory and KadenceBlocks (wp builder)

2) big issue with Geodirectory and KadenceBlocks (wp builder)

3) big issue with Geodirectory and KadenceBlocks (wp builder)

Not possible to acces the Kadence library (when editing a page)

Als importing a reusable block crashes lots of times with site 2+3

This is very, very strange.

• Alle 3 sites same hosting (site #3 just installed for this issue, all fresh)
• Site 1 = main account, site 2+3 are sub.domain sites
• All other plugins removed
• Tried with several themes, now Kadence theme (all the same issue)
• Cache emptied and disabled
• Site Health plugin: everything good.

Geodirectory and KadenceBlocks should really be able to work together.

Hosting details

• Memory 2GB
• WP 6.1  (tried 6.2 also, no difference)
• PHP 8 (tried 8.1 also, no difference)
• Health Check: GOOD
• Compatibility issues: NO

Test site (1):

Geodirectory plugin active

• Acces to library does not work
  
  (that means after switching theme, closing all other plugins, new WP core install, cache emptied, cache disabled, switching theme etc.
• 1 out of 200 times when I try to acces for example the hero section it works. When I download ‘Hero 5’ only the wireframe is imported.

Geodirectory plugin disabled

• Ayecode, UsersWP and WP Easy Updates still active (!)
• Acces to library does work; only 1 or 2 attempts with ’only Sync with cloud’ are needed. 
• Lay-out Hero 5 imports completely, including images.

Geodirectory removed (ftp) and re-installed

• Acces to library does not work 
• Same as before, ’only Sync with cloud’ message.

Nederlof Foundation site (2):

Geodirectory plugin active

• Acces to library does work; only 1 or 2 attempts with ’only Sync with cloud’ are needed. 

Geodirectory plugin disabled

• Not necessary, no change.

Dev. site (3):

We just setup a completely fresh site, all new, just to test this.

Do you already have an idea what it could be? I mean, we bought the premium version yesterday with the hope it would help, but there is no difference.

Bit sloppy by Divi I think…

we tested several options. As you see on top is a table made with your plugin with text wider than de element.

we don’t have a site with the issue anymore because we downgraded all divi installations to 4 versions back and we are waiting with divi updates for now…

All well.
Divi updated their theme tonight (again) and after a cache clearing… everything works again. Naughty Divi.

Had to buy us some time, we had to close the member area; part website temporarily down – to many emails.
Hope you have a solution! (many people have Divi in combination with the newest WP installation?)

NEW INFORMATION:
With a normal account our users are not able to create a new listing.
(and again: ONLY with an admin account there is no issue…)

if they submit after adding the picture just a blank screen and nothing.
When checking later: nothing is saved also.

Disables all plugins, cleared all cache (and private browser window)
Unfortunately no change.
(with and without the Disable Advanced CPT Integration and with and without the Ajax checked)

But: with an Admin account there is NO issue. (none what so ever)
So the cause should be somewhere with wp rights.
