Yes. I followed their initial suggestions… didn’t get resolution and got frustrated. I believe the problem involves an add-on program they use that requires my server company to make a settings change for it to work effectively.
If I had known about those requirements ahead of time, I wouldn’t have bought it.
So, I’m not going to try and fix the one-theme installation. I’m now just trying to figure out how to take it off and restore my site to where it was before I installed it.
