In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Collect Sales Tax for All States and CountriesApplying tax to all products is not our issue. We want sales tax to apply for ALL customer shipping locations. Our issue is that the WooCommerce auto-calculate feature appears to depend completely on the store location for nexus and there is no setting to request that tax be autocalculated for all customer shipping locations.
Our company is using a drop-ship company to fulfill orders that charges us sales tax and remits it for ALL shipping locations in the world. We simply need to have the sales tax calculator calculate and collect that sales tax for all regions. It is obviously capable since it has that data. We just need to configure it not to limit sales tax calculation to a “nexus” or define our “nexus” as everywhere. How do we configure it to do this?
Amin,
Thank you! We were purposely using the basic theme with the understanding it would cause the LEAST compatibility issues. We installed DIVI and the Better Docs customizer began working perfectly.
When will the update be available and how can we remove the “Better Docs” link from the footer.
What can we do to resolve the problem for now? Do we simply need to enable the classic editor? Does it work better if we were to use DIVI? I have a website I want to use your product for. I’m likely going to buy the professional version, but I need to have confidence it will work.
We are using WordPress Version 6.3.2. What changes can we make? Should I temporarily use an older version of WordPress? What version would avoid this FSE issue?
I am having the exact same issue. This is a brand new WordPress install. We then installed the BetterDocs plugin and created three categories and 5 sample documents.
The Docs page appears as an “Archives:Docs” page and does not show any of the styles you can choose for BetterDocs in the customizer.
We have tried going to Settings > Permalinks > Save (and made sure it is set to post name)
We do not have Elementor, DIVI, or any other page manager installed. We are using a default WordPress install with the Twenty Twenty-Three theme.
Please help. I have attempted to post a screen shot link as well. See here: https://ibb.co/m8cQkhc

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Connected Printer Fails to Queue PrintLawrence,
I was able to verify the printer was connected by changing the polling interval and seeing it update in the details. It is defenitely connecting to the site. You can notice in the output above that I changed it from 5 to 6 and watched it change in the details. I can change it to 7, etc and it will update on the site.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Connected Printer Fails to Queue PrintI’ve also checked and the printer identification shown in the WP admin is correct. I’m using firmware v3.0.
Printer Identification
MAC Address: 00:11:62:1D:FC:AF
IP Address: 73.177.69.103
Interface
Client Type: Star mC-Print3
Client Version: 3.0IMPORTANT CLUE: When the printer stopped working, the wp-admin/options-general.php?page=star-cloudprnt-settings-admin page had a blank name in the Selected Printer drop-down selector. When I clicked edit, the entire queue history was still there and I was able to edit it to give it a name again.
