Hi there, I solved the matter. Your plugin guided me to Cloudflare to purge the plugin javascript location URL and also to create a “cache rule” not to cache but to bypass this URL:

https://example.com/wp-content/plugins/redirection/redirection.js

(replace example by your site url)

URI FULL / EQUALS / then the above-mentioned URL and then tick the bypass cache button.

I also cleared the cache on my browser and this solved the problem.

Hi there, sorry I have been busy with something else that needed my attention. I use the GeneratePress theme. I rolled back to an earlier version in the meantime. Thank you so much for your assistance. This is really good support. I will update to 6.0.1 asap and I will let you know.

I had the same problem quite a while ago and this time it was the last straw.
I have decided to send the download links to people manually with “We Transfer”. There is a lot of control with this method (A lot you can do to secure the download links)
I use woocommerce as always but I unticked the downloadable section within the product pages (everything is still there in case I want to go back to it one day), and I added a little message notifying them that I will send the download links as soon as the transaction is processed and completed.
That way I do not have to worry about people stealing my books

Thanks, I did not read the installation instructions thoroughly. I saw it after posting this query and I installed it without any hassles. Anyway, thanks for a great plugin. It does an excellent job.

I had this problem a while ago and the Plugin author fixed it. Unfortunately, this problem reappeared again this week. I hope there is a permanent fix asap. In the meantime, I am going to roll back to version 1.2.48 again, as I did previously. This version was the last that did not have this problem.
