Hi @beluserra I did update it to the latest version rather than solving the issue it made it worst.

In the email that I receive, I do not get any field that related to the shipping or pickup or additional delivery address.

Reverting back to the last working state also did not help

Adding a new filed distorted the form and how the form used to appear.

Can you help me with this

@bizanimesh yes I sure did the same thing but for some reason, the video does not appear at all.

Is there anything else that can have an effect on it?

Yes, the file upload is broken and it is also not convenient to go to the plugin list then to the plugin setting as the plugin settings from the admin panel dashboard is removed.

It would be great if the plugin setting is to be added to the dashboard again.

For now, the plugin works except for the files upload.

Hi there it seems that simply removing the plugin from git doesn’t work, you have to delete the plugin and remove all the DB tables related to that and add the plugin once again.

Only by doing this, I could add the updated plugin and my site is working fine now.

Yes it did in some part but some of the issues are still there

@takayukister I have had this issue since the last update and I have almost looked for many answers, none is working. It has been more than two to three weeks now.

@takayukister this is causing quite a problem for me as all my mails are either going to spam or not submitting at all.

@piltdownman yes I do agree on this, its not something that can be ignored and we can’t seem to find a viable solution to this other than going back to the older version
which is not recommendable.

@takayukister Please check this and give us some solutions that can be achieved or some answers that can be relayed to the clients at least.

The issue is consistent with every updated I make on different websites I make,
The end result is either the message is not sending or there in the network it shows message as spam.

@takayukister my mail is going to spam when I update it please can you help me on this one
this is quite tiresome to revert back to the old version and not be able to keep the site up to date on top of that the database also seems to be corrupted because of that.
