However that didn’t seem to be it =[ We’re still getting blank GUIDs with new episodes..
For now I’m just updating the GUID manually every time we update ˉ\_(ツ)_/ˉ

It looks like there was an update to a tool we use to generate an XML Sitemap (for google analytics crawls). I’m not sure what the update did, but I removed the plugin and did a few test posts which seemed to clear up the GUID issue.
Afterwards I went into the database and updated the empty fields (sorry RSS peeps, they’ll be marked as new but yolo), and a few test run posts seem to show that the feed is updating properly now =]

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Blank GUIDsI’m taking a look at phpmyadmin, wp_posts table, and it does seem that recent posts all have blank GUIDs (image)
Also, interestingly, the “Do not allow other plugins to modify podcast feeds.” option was already selected.
I’m not too sure which other plugin(s) might be causing this as, AFAIK, we haven’t added any in the past year; but I will try and inspect to see if I can track anything down.
Any advice for how to potentially repopulate these GUIDs? =] I’d do it via phpmyadmin, but feel as though WP might want triggers based on changes which a db update might not affect

We walked through it with Spotify support and found that all the episodes after March have
<guid isPermaLink="false"></guid>
(so blank GUIDs)Edit – Moving this to a new topic as it was marked as resolved, but it is not resolved haha.

I also wasn’t totally sure given that everything up until March of this year seemed okay on Spotify, but everything after suddenly stopped haha; but figured I’d check here for due diligence.
