Images in the gallery are not displayed

Hi,

I try agein here. I was writing some tickets at the robosoft webpage but there are no more answers since 8 weeks.
Ihave this problem since 4 months and I don’t know what to do.
In all galleries are some thumbs missing, so i cant sort or make title tags because i did not know which picture it is.

Is there still no update for this error available?
