Thank you for reaching out to us, and sorry for the inconvenience.
I have reviewed the page and shortcode section. It seems that when you copied the shortcode to use in WPBakery Text Block, it also copied as code format like <code>[location-weather id=”8314″]</code> (you will see it in text mode). See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Wz_khWIHQZ6n . For the code tag, it wraps the weather shortcode HTML and generates the spinning wheel.
Way to solve:
1. Kindly remove the <code> text going to text mode https://prnt.sc/Wz_khWIHQZ6n, save the Text Block and save the page. It will fix the error.
2. Add the following CSS in the custom CSS option of the Location Weather Plugin settings to remove the spinning wheel..splw-main-wrapper .lw-preloader {
display: none ! important;
}After doing the above fix, let us know if the Weather View is shown pefectly or not.

The option to display the image caption and description below the image in the Lightbox is not available in the lite version of the plugin. Please have a look at the screenshot.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the banner issue.
After thoroughly testing on our multiple testing sites, we found that the banner is dismissible and vanishes after clicking on the close button.
However, there might be specific conditions(if the website dashboard has js console error) on your site causing the issue to persist. , kindly share for the following information to investigate and resolve this issue promptly:- Site Health Info:
- Navigate to: WordPress Dashboard → Tools → Site Health → Info
- Click “Copy Site Info to Clipboard.”
- Paste it into a tool like PasteBin and share the link with us.
- Browser Console Log:
- Open your website dashboard in your browser.
- Open Developer Tools (press
F12
or right-click anywhere → Inspect). - Go to the Console tab and copy the log messages.
- Paste the logs in PasteBin and share the link with us.
This will help us generate the issue on our end and provide a solution in the next version as soon as possible. Your cooperation will be much appreciated, and to get quick support, please create a ticket there.

After updater to version 2.3.9, the expand/collapse +/- symbol?should be shown. And the other ?set of symbols?are not available in free version.
Please clear your website cache and check again. If the expand-collapse +/- symbol does not show, share the page link to check the issue to provide a solution

I can see that in the last version, the accordion item header used a button tag. After that, your website’s current theme’s button CSS overrides the accordion item header, making it look odd.
For now, you fix this using the following custom CSS,.sp-easy-accordion .sp-ea-single .ea-header button {
text-transform: initial;
letter-spacing: initial;
height: auto;
margin: 0;
}Hope it will fix the style issue.

After getting issue note you mentioned, we have fixed the issues and released a new version of the plugin again today. Please update the plugin again to the latest version (v2.6.3). Hope the issues get fixed with the latest version.Let us know if the issues get fixed or not.

Thank you for reaching us. In tab content, the iframes of any videos are made responsive with CSS. For this, it may show partially if you embed another website with an iframe. We have noted the issue to figure out in the future version.
To fix the partial showing issue, you can use the following CSS in the custom CSS field by going to WP Tabs > Settings > Additional CSS.
@media screen and (max-width: 575px ) { #tab-12 .sp-tab-content .wp-tab-iframe-container { padding-bottom: unset; height: auto; overflow: auto; } #tab-12 .sp-tab-content .wp-tab-iframe-container iframe { position: relative; height: 300px !important; } }
Note: replace 12 with your tab shortcode id and change 300px as per your need.
After using the CSS, let us know if it gets fixed the issue or not.
