Thanks, I’ll look forward to the update so that I can purchase a pro version. If you decide to retire it or just pursue a free and open model, have you reached out to the BP Dev team to see if they have an interest in including the feature in the BP core so that it can leverage their developer base? That would be neat, but I’m not sure if it is feasible.

Any update on this or an eta? Really looking forward to using the pro version, but I’m hesitant to purchase because it’s unclear when the issues ate going to be resolved. Thanks.

I have the same question. The best I could find is that you have to manually upload your media files to the CDN.

Does the pro version solve compatibility issues, or are you working through that as well? Any idea what type of time frame for production level launch?

Upgraded to pro and the issue remains. I submitted a ticket on your website to continue the discussion, but I can’t figure this out. I don’t have a caching plugin installed and I disabled the cache for the multi-star plugin.

Yes I have one rating item added and the title of the rating shows up, just not the stars themselves.

However, will purchasing support even help me in this case? I observed the following note on the website: Within the scope of the support package we will help you to install and setup the plugin properly at your website. The support does not contain code changes at your theme or our plugin.

I have the pro account, but I don’t have the support option. Is there a way to upgrade my account without buying a whole new license? I just bought the license, so I have almost a year left on it.
