You need to put the code at editor section. Direct to php file

Go to Appereance –> Editor –> function.php

Find this sentence –> by </span> <span class=”author vcard”>%7$s</span>

Delete it. Solved

OK Problem solved. Just edit option for image after upload it at right bottom.
