• SP is a RIP OFF!

First I paid for products. Then I paid for support only.

I wasted AT LEAST 20 hours trouble shooting a SP theme. It turned out that it was NOT my other plugins, my web host, my computer or my stupidity.

That nobody else caught this SERIOUS bug (group links not working) tells you how few people actually use SP.

I was THRILLED when I finally got some code to add and it actually fixed the group links.

A few months later, after a plug in update, there was the bug again!

They didn’t even bother to fix it for everybody and released an update WITH THE BUG!

    But it gets even better!

When I tried to get back to the solution, I had to ONCE AGAIN PAY to access the support forum!!!!!!!

When I posted that I didn’t appreciate a business model that DELIBERATELY puts out KNOWN bugs so that users have to PAY for support AGAIN, they banned me from the SP forum!

    Yup, you read that right.

I paid TWICE for them to fix the bug!

Simple Press? WHY would ANYONE use it?

And WHY did the mods here delete my review?

@christinebyou did not pay twice for anything. You were issued a refund on Sep 25th 2018. Banning a user is not something we take lightly – it takes a lot to get to that point. You were banned from the private simple:press support forum for gross violation of forum decorum (among other reasons).

As far as why the mods here on www.ads-software.com deleted your original review, I see you’ve posted the same message on multiple threads in the forum. I suspect it was an automated delete by a www.ads-software.com bot because that kind of cross-posting looks like spam. Best to choose one place to post your message to avoid getting them all deleted by their spam-detection bot.

@christineb Just letting you know I’ve archived your other replies, it’s clear that you’re unhappy with the plugins direction, and that’s fine. But please don’t jump on other users threads if that’s the case, stick to your own topic ??
