In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] No ticket link in confirmation emailIf it helps – I set up a brand new install of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Opentickets on MAMP and it is giving me the same problem. So I am ruling out conflicts with other plugins or code.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] No ticket link in confirmation emailChris – thank you!
I re-watched the videos and am now able to view the ticket. Everything works great on the user side.
However, I still am encountering a conflict on the admin side – the edit order pages are not loading correctly when the OpenTickets plugin is activated. (see screenshot above)
Let me know if you have any suggestions.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] No ticket link in confirmation emailHi Chris, thanks for the reply.
When i made my test order, they were marked as complete right away – never had a chance to go through the “processing” step. Not sure why.
As of now, the “edit order” screen isn’t working. This is what i get as a display on all orders, even complete ones of previous purchases of other products.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] No ticket link in confirmation emailEdit: It appears that the OpenTickets plugin is conflicting with my WooCommerce installation. My “Edit Order” screen in the WP Admin is not displaying properly. Any insight on this?
In debug mode, it says “Undefined Index: wp-content/plugins/opentickets-community-edition/inc/sys/pages/base-page.class.php on line 74”

In reply to: [WP Product Review Lite] Shortcodes in theme via PHPThanks, i posted in the forum, waiting on a response.
Sorry, my site is not live… Developing locally right now. A co-worker and I rewrote some of the output portions of the plugin, and I’ve got some more of the functionality I mentioned above, at least when the JS countdown is active… Not sure what the problem was, but posting my solution here wouldn’t be helpful to most users since I changed the functionality somewhat.
Thanks for all your help, though!
Thanks for all the help with this!
So, when I enable the JS countdown, and modify the JS file as mentioned above, The result is two countdown timers – one live, and one that updates on refresh.
Where am I going wrong?
@fergbrain – Yes, here is a link to the new thread.
I just now got around to editing the code, and am having the same issue as dbarned.
Disabling the JS upating DOES allow the code wrappers to work, but of course a live countdown is a must.
Is there any way that we can have both live updating and custom IDs?
Also, this may be a question for another thread, but would it be difficult to show the countdown with leading zeros?
Perfect, thanks! Exactly what I was looking for.
I appreciate devs like you who create quality plugins backed by outstanding support!
Well done.
