I won’t change then. A big THANKS again. I can now finally move on with my website after two days’ frustration.

Before I removed Bitnami WordPress application from my laptop, I saved the wp-content and database from phpmyadmin on a flash drive. After I reinstalled WP back on, I then replaced the wp-content with the wp-content on my flash drive and imported the database file on my flash drive by uploading via phpmyadmin.

I’ve done this many times before and this is the first time this problem occurred.

I’m wondering what’s the cause of the problem?

Thank you so much for the solution. It actually works, after struggling for 2 days.
But to be sure it won’t backfire again, can you please advise:

when I was on wp_termmeta and wp_term_taxonomy tables, if I click on Structure, I’ll see meta_id and term-taxonomy_id respectively as the first item on the list. I already changed both to A_I.

But there is another term_id under both meta_id and term-taxonomy_id, do I need to change those 2 term_id’s to A_I too?

I have not changed them yet and so far I can already create new categories and menus.

Another question is can I know the cause of this problem in the first place so that i know what to watch out for form this point on.

Don’t know if this matters but thought I should add this to the original post.

it advised 3 things to do:

1) go to phpmyadmin then in Structure make sure AI is checked. Mine was not checked so i checked it, then tried to create a new category but now returned a message, “some error occurred. Please reload the page.” I reloaded and the same message came back.

2) “stop playing in PhpMyAdmin and remove it from your server.” I have no idea what this is about.

3) in Operations, set the number for auto-increment to be higher than your highest term_id. After I set the number and click on Save, an error message showed up at the bottom,

“Notice in .\tbl_operations.php#155 Undefined index: row_format

Hi Mission Impossible,

You’re absolutely right on that the problem is the form being unscrollable.

And thanks to your secret codes, now Mission Impossible completed… well “sort of”.

The form is now scrollable on smartphone screen but still remain cut at the bottom and still remain unscrollable on tablet screen.

Any secret weapon for this one?

I came across a post yesterday saying pop-ups are not meant to be big and ought to be small, so I’m wondering since everything else of this plugin is just fine, only the pop-up for sending compliment is not responsive to all screen sizes, will it be easier to simply have users send from a standard screen, rather than a pop-up? It still gets the job done and the receiving end looks good already.

Thank you for the reply.

I just realized the popup box does not fit in a mobile device screen even when it’s in its original size without the codes to enlarge it. I’m not code-savvy but based on that, I’m guessing the problem is probably due to this popup not being responsive. If correct, then it just needs to be made responsive.

After adding to CSS

although the images got bigger, but because the whole popup box got bigger, I now can only see the top 3 types images, not the rest (1 more image, the compose box, and 2 buttons) . This is for both Chrome and Firxfox, on MS Edge it has the whole box in but the bottom got cut a little bit. I don’t know how it looks like on other browsers or mobiles, but it does not look right overall. My theme is responsive, by the way. I now have only 4 types (images), I may add more, which will worsen the problem.

Another problem is I changed “Compliment” to a different name but when I go to a member’s profile setting, it sill shows a “Compliment” tab, and if you click on it, it says,
“Compliments Settings
Who can see your compliment page?”

Can we change all these “Compliment” to my new name?

I tried with a different user, instead of the ones that already had the old tracking record, to test the tracking and it stopped tracking the admins I don’t want tracked. So it works. Thanks a lot.

Thank you for the options. I already sort of found a solution, basically to work around it. I’ll see how it goes, but so far, it seems to work okay.

But I don’t know how to physically do it.
That’s the problem.

So does that mean I basically should give up this plugin and find a different one? What are my options now?

I forgot to mention that yesterday I already tested all plugins by deactivating one plugin at a time but the problem remained. So I know the problem should not be from any of the plugins on my site.

Also my theme is a premium theme so if you need my theme files, please let me know how to get it to you.

No, I’m not using a pagination plugin, at least I’m not aware of it since I never installed one myself. I don’t even know what it is. But I can’t tell if one is built-in in the theme or somewhere else.
