Regarding this “Nothing syncs to the Buddypress groups at all”, you will see here how to connect LearnDash Groups with Social Groups, so you can attach courses to your social groups while also syncing the teacher and student data back and forth. You can assign one course to multiple groups, or assign many courses to a single group, or any combination in between.

Also about “activity streams”, you will need to logged in into wp-admin dashboard to see the updates

We have gone through this “BuddyPress Edit Activity” plugin. We have checked that Personal Activity box, basically its developed for the end user can add some content with html tag like any anchor tag, paragraph and color etc. Its working like text editor to make activity text looks more lucarative.

Also, regarding “This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress.”, we will inform to our BB product team, so that they will test with latest release of WordPress.

As of now there is no option to BP Auto Group Join be fixed so it only joins if the User is active.

But If you have the BuddyPress Member Types plugin configured on your website, the Auto-Join Users to this Group meta box
will list an option Select by member type to auto-join members based on the member type.

Also regarding “our site is sending too many email bounces and this is affecting our Amazon SES account.” concern, you can use WP Mail SMTP

1- Please deactivate the BuddyX theme and activate the default WordPress theme (2020) and see. If you are still seeing the error on the front end, please send us a support ticket at [email protected].

2- In regards to member type, let me inform you that you don’t need the member type plugin separately if you are using BuddyBoss Platform. Member type functionality is built-in in the platform.
Please refer to the video tutorial.

I would like to let you know that you do not need to use the plugin BuddyPress for LearnDash as long as you are using our BuddyBoss Theme and Platform because BuddyBoss Platform has built-in support for Learndash.
