Hello,
I use a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T. Wemanage app is well ticked “Display Notifications”. When i make a new order it dodes appear n the Wemanage app but i do not receive any notification. Is there something else to do on my website or on the smartphone ?

I tried theses adjustements but nothing happen. It look like nothing change whatever values you put in. Printer is a Munbyn itpp047. The thing is that it worked well before the last upgrade…

I tried it but it did not solved the issue
Usually the printing was using all the 80mm paper widght. Now it prints as if it was a 57 mm printer i loose a lot of paper..

Last test I made:
If , in the local browser cache, I delete individually cookies from my website (phap-traiteur.com), it seems to fix the problem. I would say something happen between the fourth et the thith cookie on the website (these two cookies are generated while choosing the order type wtihin the checkout page).Hello,
It is strange.
The first order is working fine. But as far as you make another order the problem occurs.
Make an order, go to the checkout page, then empty your basket, go back to “La carte page, choose another dish, add to the basket then on the checkout page you should have the problem (can’t select the delivery (Midi a emporter)).As far as i delete my local browser cache, or I configure my browser to automaticaaly delete cache and cookies when clothing the browser, It fixes the problem ! (But I can’t ask to my clients to delete their local browser cache ?? )
It is like, after the first order, something is “written” in the cache and then the problem occurs…
I would not bother you if this problem had not an impact on my buisness, but unfortunetly it does have an impact as some clients cancelled theirs order thinking they can’t get the delivery.

I am using WP Supercache. But even when I purge the cache the problem occurs. And as far as i know the problem is relative to local browser cache…?
Anayway do you suggest me to desactivate WP supercache ?Although, I noticed one thing:
If i delete my local cache browser (manually or using ccleaner) the problem does no seem to occured…I don’t know if it is useful for your investigations…Hello,
It happens when ordering:
1- Add a menu or a signle product to the basket, check the basket
2- Validate the order (click on “Valider la commande”)
3-Here when in the field “Choisir Midi ou Soir”, if try to choose the delivery option (renamed “Midi (livraison sur site)”, I CAN’T click on it, I can only click on the pickup option (renaled “Soir (A emporter)”….and then I can click back on the delivery option…It sounds like the fact that clicking on the pickup option “allow the activation” of the delivery option choice….very strange !
Tell me if you need screencapture or any other any information..

Any news about this problem ?, some clients are calling me to tell they can’nt choose delivery option…I told them to choose first Pickup, then they will be able to choose delivery..but it is not a solution as I think I loos clients who think they can’t order the delivery option…any help please ?https://phap-traiteur.com/carte/
Add a product to the basket, then validate order. You would see the the delivery option field on the order page.
