I did not, but sometimes while creating a post this font applied automatically. I am using font Helvetica as a font for the content on my website, not sf-helvetica. It appeared automatically and I have always changed it to Helvetica. The issue occurred after installing WP Accessibility plugin to change font, contrast, etc.
