In Memberpress everything seems ok, and in Pronamic Pay at the subscriptions the status is cancelled but still it sais next payment 25 december 2025… I would like to be sure that people dont get charged after they cancel their membership.
I attache the two screens.

Hi, we had exactly the same problem, and I can confirm that the solution of Robin works! Astra did not reply at all, but Robin solved the problem and saved our life. So many thanks to Robin.

The problem is that there is no Google account connected. I have an other provider and the credentials are correct. Other problem is that there is no button like Allow plugin to send emails… actually i can not see any fields in the plugin options anymore…
