I’m also missing the en_GB.mo file – perhaps this is why it is not working?

Just to make it clear – I have several long portrait images, but my thumbnails are set landscape or square. Therefore the thumbnail takes only a square section from the middle of the portrait image.

I am happy with the size and dimensions but would like to shift the crop area up so that, for example, I can show someone’s head from the top of the photo rather than their midriff. I am happy to creat my own thumbnails manually but was not sure how then to get NextGen Gallery to recognise them.

If this is not possible – just say so. A ‘no’ is better than no answer at all.

If this is not possible, just let me know and I will try a workaround (e.g. displaying all categories in both left and right columns but using excludes to make them look different)
