Hello David,

I tried this on 4 websites, sometimes it deletes everything, other times it deleted only the specific file.

I also checked the Credentials and i use different credentials for each project and the latest version 1.11.28 of updraft plugin.

So, i confirm that i can reproduce the issue.

– I am using the free version of updraft backup.
– I created the accounts using the following help guide. So, i created a different account for each domain

– After i authenticated with google drive and started the backup for each account.
– After creating backups for 3 different accounts, i wanted to delete a backup using the option ” Are you sure that you wish to remove this backup set from UpdraftPlus? Also delete from remote storage”.
– I checked this option and proceed. In the popup mentioned 1 deleted from remote storage.
– When verifying this from google drive, i noticed that it deleted also the backups from other domains in /updraftplus folder. So /updraftplus folder from having 3 different accounts backups, it went to none.

Hello Matt,

Yes, it does block them, it’s true i have verified this many times before posting this and in several websites. Image that several ip’s from real visitors get blocked only because they browse websites from an ipad and Wordfence blocks all @2x images even thought i putted them on the whitelist.

To answer your questions:
– No, the @2x images doesn’t exist.
– When i view directly the url, i get a 404 error not found ( i have a custom 404 page).
– I temporarily disabled other plugins, but i still get “Page not found” error.

– I understand that this happens for every website when accessed from ipad with retina screen, because ipad requests @2x images for every image of the website. Most of the users wont have retina images for their website. I believe it’s a problem for every webmaster that dont upload retina images.

– Increasing the number accesses allowed per minute wont solve the problem because the goal is to decrease intruders.

– About the rule: Could you add a rule to bypass all images.
For example, there is an other similar software that has this option:

“404 File/Folder White List” where you can add files
/favicon.ico
/apple-touch-icon.png
/apple-touch-icon-precomposed.png
etc..

Also an other option “Ignored File Types”
.jpg
.jpeg
.png
.gif
File types listed here will be recorded as 404 errors but will not lead to lockouts.
