Apologies for inconveniences!We don’t have any limits that prevent from creating new matches.
BUT…Here is the number of cases that you might experienced:
1. you have added to many games in one matchday. This will lead to the situation when you save too many items at once. There is a server settings for limits on how many items you can save.
2. may be some third party plugins were installed that conflict with our product?
3. some causes from using both single and team mode…Please contact us Monday in JoomSport.com live chat so we can help you investigating the issues. We will be glad to support you. Or you can contact us via ticket system – we will help you for sure.

Hello,
We have just updated plugin. It delivers compatibility fix with 4.9 WordPress release.
Please check your matches and match days database. The new release cannot reattach your matches to different matchdays as during the save operation in previous release they were attached to the new one you have opened. If you have backup it will be the right solution to use it. Please contact us via JoomSport.com if not, we will be glad to help you fixing your database manually.

Since there is not reply from your for almost a week time i can say the only one reason that can cause your issue (as far as i can guess) is that you didn’t add any matches to your season. Open Matchday menu, create matchday and add matches there.The current release shows standings table only after first match is created. We will improve this thing in next release so it will be shoring empty table for such cases.

Can you please clarify if you have two players competing each other in a single game/match or many players competing each other in every attempt?
in JoomSport we have a “single” mode option in settings (League type) for single sports and separate product named JoomSport Achievements for the second case.
