Yes, the issue is still present and in multiple browsers.
Please try this:
Add any package from here – https://www.fixmyprofile.co.uk/buy-now/
Then try updating quantities, the quantities do not update once you hit update cart and when you hot F5 to refresh, it adds extra quantities
