In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Synch problemsHi @doublezed2,
thank you! I hope you’re having a great day too!
I checked the settings fot the FB business portfolio and I have full and unlimited access rights for all pages, accounts etc.
There is in fact a second admin but this account was never used to connect with woocoomerce or anything.
What do you assume to be the issue with the permission?
And why did it just started to occur seemingly out of the blue? For the CSV and SSR – I will add that info soon!
Kind regardsForum: Plugins

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Synch problemsDear @doublezed2 @carolm29
I have an unfortunate update to add:
Also older products that have a Facebook ID assigned to them and hence were synced once, now do not seem to sync.
I noticed this, after a product shows no picture on my FB catalogue, incorrect (old) inventory data etc.
So it seems that after a certain point no products (no matter if old or new) seem to sync anymore.Forum: Plugins

thank you for the clarification.
I assume the different inventory looks stem from the fact, that we deactivate “stock management” on an overall level and track the inventory for each variable of the product separate.
When I activated the field “stock management”, my page looked like your screenshot.
Please find the report here

Highly appreciate your active help, even on the weekend!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Synch problemsIt seems like I need to register for github in order to upload something.
I would prefer to not do that.
Could you perhaps tell me which lines in the report you would need to examine, so I can post a shortended version / the relevant parts here?
Thank you ??- This reply was modified 6 months, 3 weeks ago by beckily.

thank you for the fast reply.
I will add gthe report later, if that is okay.
The second picture is in fact from the inventory. It is unfortunately in German, so inventory is here labelled as “Lagerbestand” (grey highlighted area on the far left).
Below is an additional inventory tab for a plug-in.
Kind regards and a happy SundayForum: Plugins

in addition to the second problem mentioned: even after publishing my new products from drafts, some are set to “sync and hide” fpr each variable.
I don’t know if that could be connected to the other issue?

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Synch problemsHi @carolm29 ,
thank you for your reply.
yes, 99% of our products are variable (fashion store).
Hence, none of them are virtual. Please find attached the link relevant screenshost:

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Synch problemsDear @doublezed2 ,
thank you for your fast reply and the information.
I’ll try to answer your questions to my best knowledge:
- I can not pin an exact date to the occurence of the issue but it could be around a few weeks ago. No changes are synced since then. Older products do show a Facebook ID but I am not sure whether they still sync correctly. Newer products (import around beginning of April) have no Facebook ID, they just show “This product is not yet synced to Facebook.“. I activated and deactivated the “sync and hide” / “sync and show” for each variable for certain test products, refreshed them, etc. but it all did not help.
I do not recall any particular changes to the page, except for the regular WooCommerce plug-in updates perhaps.
2. I am sorry for the inconvenience but I do not see an upload function for pictures. How can I provide the requested screenshots?
3. I tried to follow the guide but it does not seem to cover my problem.
Kind regards

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Sale Prices not SyncingHere are two images of an exemplary product where the sale prices are not synced to Facebook. The products that appear in FB without a picture have the same settings etc., (just like all products that worked in the past), therefore I did not attach a picture of them additionally.
On a further notice, I noticed that recently no updates to our Woocommerce Shop were posted automatically in the FB feed of our followers.
In the past every single update, was announced as “Company XY added a new product to their shop”. At times this was a bit much, as even products which just had a change in stock levels where announced this way. But now there is no info for the customers about new stuff at all – so we prefer the old ways of “too much” in comparison to the current status.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Sale Prices not SyncingHello @xue28
Thank you for your reply. Where can I upload the report in a more private setting rather than openly in the forum? Or is there a certain part of the report that you require so that I could post only an excerpt?
For the other log: I could not find any fatal error log, so I hope there is no problem on this side.
Regarding the screenshots: I will upload them in a second post.
Kind regards

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Sale Prices not SyncingHello again,
after observing the problem for a little while, it seems like there are more issues than only the sales prices not being synced.
Additionally some new products are published in a draft status. All edited data like picture, name changes etc. are not showing up in FB and Insta.
Furthermore old products that have been deleted in WooCommerce ages ago are still appearing in the Facebook shop.
Should I open a separate thread for all theses issues or do you think it is all connected and can be solved all together?
Kind regards
