Yes the styles are not good.
I wrote these custom styles for my site and you are welcome to use them:

.WP-ml-label, .WP-ml-field-last_name {
	float: left;
	font-weight: bold;
}

.WP-ml-member-markup {
	border-bottom: solid 1px #ccc;
}

.WP-ml-field-display_name {
	font-size: 18px;
	font-weight: bold;
}

	display: none;

	margin-right: 6px;
}

#tern_members img {
	float: left;
	margin-right: 10px;
}

Toggles also not working since WordPress 4.5 update. All toggles are open and clicking to close them acts like anchor tags. (jumps to section)

Also, the section “Hiding Members” is commented out in the admin settings page. (members-list/view/settings.php) Was this intentional?

I noticed after last WordPress update, but not sure if that is what caused the problem.

Yes, the screenshot is from admin icon on list orders page.
I have tried deactivating plugins, but can’t find one that is causing a problem.

Hi bgermann, Just to follow up, any forms that have file upload fields produce empty success or error fields.(this seen on several sites)

Hi bgermann, thanks for investigating. Yes same thing happens with non-ajax form. This only happens with forms that contain file upload fields.
