For anyone landing on this issue, t-p was correct. The issue was caused by the active theme.

Updated the theme to its current version and it seems that everything is fine now.

Already tried resetting plugins, not the deactivation of the theme.

Trying to manually update to the 5.6 wordpress update suggestion – that you made in another post now – and if that doesn’t work I’ll check your theme suggestion.
