This is an issue they have known about for over 4 months and still have not resolved. They are blaming it on Microsoft Edge.

I was unable to use this Plug-In for either a group I setup or to even have it work with my individual personal (public) page. I am curious if Lafayette Wattles above got it to work with their Facebook Page URL after I contacted customer service and was told it would only work with a Facebook Business Page.

Between this issue, and the Facebook icon displaying incorrectly on the sidebar, keep searching for another Plug-In. The response I got from Customer Service said “We didn’t tested our plugin on Microsoft Edge, we will try to fix in future.” It has been 4 months since I saw the first post on this subject in another thread and no resolution yet.

Keep searching for another Plug-In. Fortunately, it was only $8 I lost.
