same here. your support team is basically useless, after 2 days of writing – the same ‘advise’ keeps coming up – it’s your server, not us. there are no errors on the server. i have 2 plug ins activated – woocommerce and printful and still cannot connect.

i also cleared the cache.

i have the most recent files. most recent files, means the same thing as latest version of the plugin. i think you should understand that so that this forum doesn’t become a round robin of ‘latest version of plugin questions. most on this forum understand that the latest version of the plugin is being discussed.

I paid for $50 for this at woo… charge more, charge $150, i would like it to work! and u need to make some money.

1 – WordPress 4.0 compatibility, really important.

2 – Woocommerce 2.2.X compatibility –

the lastest versions i got to work on a default 2014 theme – wordpress 3.8.1, woocommerce 2.1.1

not that it would help, but i would try to ftp another copy of wooc over the existing files.

they rolled this out

1 – without making sure their own extensions worked

2 – didn’t get the theme authors involved.

why they rushed this i don’t know, but it is killing their business.

same here… after that 217 all is lost, even with a restored db file.

i have so many issues with my installs i am really pissed at woo…

they rolled this out without thinking about theme developers and also don’t even have the extensions you buy from woo that work with their own stuff… very bad move on woo’s development.

and they have the option to hide the bar within their theme settings!
so that works really well.

Woocommerce > emails > style there.

I also have a plugin that exports from Sarah Neuber theme theJewelryShop into woocommerce if anyone needs that.
