This form does not contain a submit button, which creates issues for those who cannot submit the form using the keyboard. Submit buttons are INPUT elements with type attribute “submit” or “image”, or BUTTON elements with type “submit” or omitted/invalid.

We can only receive the form emails when using the “default” form theme with a type – “embedded”

Yes we use your plugin for pwa and it does work across a number of tablets (running different versions) – but a newly purchased Android version 10, it does not appear.

I deactivated the plugin and reactivated and now the knowledgebase is working as expected.

I should have been more clear – not a theme,(storefront)
the front of a store ie when a user sees all products
So rather than a user clicking each product that they can view the enlarged product pic.

Had only begun testing it out, the other thing that would be really appreciated is a way to remove the ucare link.
While I completely understand branding (branding to users who only want support on a system or service they are using is confusing)
When a user (support seeker for the service or product) gets the email – then clicks and it takes them to the support system (ucare) instead of where they expect to go ie the support desk or response to their tickets.
So each email having the link Powered by uCare Support (would be a reason I would seek an alternative because it causes much confusion)
If it could be powered by ucare but link back to the site the user was from it would be fantastic.

I have a problem though with “download” products
Tested on your test site for frontend using the link for ultimate and wcvendor
however there is no download option for anything other than “simple product”
simple product only has a download option
