It was a lucky guess. If you do use sitemeter to track page visits and all that, you can still use the non-html code for now. it doesn’t track referrers but works fine in IE7.

    (@beisbolct)

I was going to do that in the morning. It turned out the sitemeter issue affected all 3 of my sites, the two I mentioned above on WordPress and one that was just a regular website.

I think all of our errors are lying in some type of javascript code as whooami said.

I just removed the sitemeter javascript on the https://oldmansoftball.ianbethune.com site and now all of the sudden the site is back up in IE7.

So my question is this, is internet explorer suddenly picking up javascript code differently than yesterday. My sites were working just fine in IE earlier in the day and then it went away.

Now by removing the sitemeter javascript, the sites are working fine.

i am using the newest version of wordpress. Starlight i can see yours in firefox and safari but I’m not seeing it in internet explorer.

    Thread Starter beisbolct

    (@beisbolct)

i just checked yours on my internet explorer and they aren’t working. Something has to be causing it. Yours also work on Safari as do mine.

    Thread Starter beisbolct

    (@beisbolct)

i haven’t made any changes to either site other than the normal posting that I do.

you also didn’t leave a link to check.

Mikeo I was wondering if it was that too since that plugin uses a plugin library to run.

I’m not sure what script calls for that. This is other one I’m constantly getting.

    # Query_time: 2 Lock_time: 0 Rows_sent: 838 Rows_examined: 986
    use *******;
    SELECT option_name, option_value FROM wp_options WHERE autoload = ‘yes’

I took out the name of the database.

how do you do the index…

    index wp_taxonomy.taxonomy

i am having the same problem on mine as well.
