I changed back to Twenty Twenty theme and it says “comments are disabled” but I did NOT disable the comments! Why is this happening??

Yes, I have checked all of the settings already. I also already tried deactivating all the plugins and even once the plugins were all deactivated, the comment box was not there. I can leave comments through my edit mode in the wp-admin on posts but the comment box is not there in regular view mode. I have no idea why or how this happened

No, I fixed it. I googled the heck out of the problem and disables plugins and found the one that was causing the issue. Thanks!
