Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! None of the submissions from the PopUp form are being stored in the database. However, I did figure out that the person who set the form up has it submitting to Maropost.

Is there a way to have the submissions stored in the WP database?

You could use some jQuery to uncheck the boxes when the page loads.

I found more information that will help with the second issue:

Both lists that I’ve selected to appear on the form have the same id, so clicking the label for the second one affects the first.

I’ve narrowed the conflict down to the RockAjaxSearch plugin. When I deactivate that, I can successfully navigate the Form Designer.

I’m having this same issue on another website. The From and To have to be the same in order for the form to get to the correct recipient. I’m using SendGrid for SMTP and can verify that the email is not being processed.

I’ll mark this as resolved. I am using categories, not custom taxonomies. It’s a little confusing since WP refers to categories and tags as taxonomies.

I installed and tried the plugin after the content already existed, so I’m not sure if the amount of content is the culprit, but it’s the first thing I thought of.

I think I might have figured out what is going on. I believe that I assumed when a meta description is automatically generated, that it would also populate in the back end description field.

If this is expected behavior, then I apologize for taking up your time.

My client doesn’t have any recent future or past events, so I’ve disabled the plugin for now; I’ll refer to this thread in the future if it comes up again.

Thanks for your reply! The item in question is an event, and I have the events only checkbox checked in the settings.

You can see the event on the right sidebar if you scroll all the way down:
