Tried that and it did not change anything. As a solutions I removed the thumbnail from the post and simply add an image at the top to replace it. Seem to be working. This way I can use two different images one as a thumbnail and new one for the post.

I think what would like to know is how to put a hover image on top of the featured box.

I tried to add the ribbon on the image, but when it gets cropped it does not look good. So If I had this ribbon somehow on top of the featured box then it will look great with the featured image under it. So all Items from category “best sellers” will have ribbon “popular”, all items from “top picks” will have ribbon “recommended” does that makes seance?

After all it is a review theme so I would like to be able to outline new, featured and recommended items somehow.
