Hi @tribahealth
We’re glad you have managed to sort the issue.
I’m going to mark this as resolved.
Feel free to create a new thread if you have any other questions.
Thank you!
Hi @gerrad8
Thank you for getting in touch.
We reproduced the issue on your site.
Here’s our test:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uYmOO1The popup is closing because another popup is opening on the site, which is the popup vols-collaborar.
Please see:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guNJW8nCan you temporarily disable the other popup to test it?
Let us know what happens.
But if you’d like to display multiple popups at the same time, can you try updating the display of the popups suggested in our documentation?

Hi @bhattashu86
Thank you for getting in touch.
We checked your site, and the popup is loading.
Here’s our test:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/7Kuz8nqyHowever, we can’t find a link or button to trigger the click open – popup.
Here’s what we get:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuAD8XACan you share a screenshot where we can find the link or button?
Thank you!
Hi @phpaddicted
No worries, and thank you for sharing a screenshot of the issue.
It looks like a possible conflict happening with your theme or another plugin.
Can you try disabling third-party plugins and/or using a default WordPress theme to see if that isolates the issue?
For reference, please see:
https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/556-troubleshooting-your-first-popup#have-you-tried-turning-off-all-other-plugins-any-custom-code-and-switching-to-the-twenty-twenty-one-themeLet us know how it goes. Thank you!
Thank you for your reply.
We tested the Better Message by WordPlus. Is this the correct plugin?
It shows on our test that the shortcode is not working on a WordPress page.
Please see: https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8uGZyzZ
Popups are placeholders that show an HTML. It doesn’t control the functionality of the other plugin. It seems the issue is with the shortcode.
It works when the below attributes are not included in the shortcode.
- text=”CONTACT US”
- subject=”Your Subject”
- message=”Your message”
- target=”_blank”
- class=”_blank”
- fast_start=”1″
- url_only=”1″
- user_id=”1″
Please see our other test on a WordPress page and using Popup Maker – Remote Content without the other attributes:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0uXnD8oCan you reach out to Better Message support to get assistance on the added attributes?
Let us know their insights. Thank you!
We checked the screenshots. Can you change the Protection setting – “Where will they be taken”?
Please use the Custom URL and input your login page (https://domain.com//login/)?

Hi @justinteo85
Thank you for getting in touch.
The image shows it is missing a trigger – Form Submission and cookie name. It requires a connection between the trigger and cookie event for the cookie form submission to work.
We also checked your site, and you can use the popup trigger – form submission, and cookie event for MailChimp for WordPress. There is no need to use a cookie – manual javascript.
Please see this screenshot:

We hope that helps. Let us know how it goes, or if you have questions.
Thank you for getting in touch.
Can you share more details about it, the name of your scanner, including the full report so that we can forward the details to our development team?
You can send us the report through our support form here:

We checked your site, and your shop page is using the Products Archive. We also did not see any errors when we checked the browser dev tools.
Please see:
Can you add the Products Archive under the restriction settings – Content?
Here’s an example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnumGj29
For the protection settings, select the Administrator and Customer.
Here’s an example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/ApuvjpQv
Let us know how that goes.
We’d also like to check your restriction settings. Can you share screen captures of the following?
- General
- Protection
- Content
Thank you!
Hi @karim66
Thank you for getting in touch.
We were unable to reproduce the issue. Both plugins were working when we tested it.
Here’s our test:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guNyBvnWe might need to take a closer look at your site. Can you send us a message through our support form, and provide temporary access?

If needed, we’ll install WordPress’s Health Check & Troubleshooting (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/) plugin. That plugin helps us check for plugin and theme conflicts without disturbing your visitors. Is that OK with you?
Thank you!
Hi @carnoxen
We’re glad you have configured the restriction for the other languages.
Thank you for your feedback. We’ll forward this to our team.
Our developers are currently working on improvements for Content Control, so there might be things to look forward to in the future updates.
Let us know if you have questions.
