Yes that is where I made my tickets. After they were submitted, a confirmation message popped up in the bottom left saying the message was sent but it disappeared so quick that I couldn’t even get a screenshot of it to show you. I also didn’t receive any confirmation emails of any sort. My email is the same as my WP handle. I accidentally enabled the license on my dev site instead of the prod site because I didn’t see the notice until after I clicked the button.

It’s the same website that I bought the plugin from so what are you talking about? I’m opening up this message to get your attention since nobody got back to me.
I have no problem with the plugin, I actually like it and think you did a great job with it. Just want what I paid for is all.
