Yes, it normally happens because of the template you probably are using.

If the template does not have the <div id=”comments”> wrapper around your comment box the option will not work

Just open your theme template and add that div and everything will work ??

What you need to do is go to this page
https://www.facebook.com/developers/

Login with your facebook account, than click in + Create New App

Once its created you Scroll Down to the part of the page with the title

Select how your app integrates with Facebook

Right bellow it theres the option

Website

Insert your full url ( with https:// , etc)

Save it

Now you will see the APP ID and SECRET in the top of your page, just add it ot the plugin admin config and everything should work just fine.

Im working on that feature yet, my bad that it was already available in the first release (forgot to comment the line to not show de option in the admin).

Can you give me a link to your blog? You can easily hide the default comment section by adding 3 lines in the .css file of the plugin ( I just need to know the ID of the wrapper of your comments, thats why I need the link ;))
