Problem is that it depends on finding the main query loop, if another plugin interferes with that it affects the working of the A-Z Index.

When you load the page first, there doesn’t appear to be any posts loading. It should load all the posts.

Can you post the shortcodes you are using here ?

You can do it like this:

[azindex index=”0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,T,U,V,W,X,Y,Z”]

This won’t work, since the filter should be one of :

[azindex filter=”title”] -> Filters on first letter of title
[azindex filter=”content”] -> Filters on first letter of content
[azindex filter=”excerpt”] -> Filters on first letter of the excerpt
[azindex filter=”slug”] -> Filters on first letter of the slug

This should give you a listing of the posts in all categories.

I can’t see this link, it just comes up with a 404 in what looks to me like Chinese (?). There have been a lot of mods since this ticket was opened, so I think if you download the latest version it should work.

I haven’t tried it with Pages … but if you set the posttype to “pages” it might work – or if not I think I could modify it to do so.

I don’t understand the issue you are having as you seem to be doing everything right. Is there any chance I could get login details? If you send them to me through my contact page

Did you put any posts in the A-Z Index listing?

It has to be a list of posts of some sort to work.

If I understand you correctly, I don’t think it can do what you want – you have lots of products in one page, but if you just type them in the plugin can’t know where one product starts and the other one ends.

Could you post a link to your page?
