Same here. I think this is a WordPress issue not this plug in as the same thing happens to other similar plug ins since either the WordPress 4.5.1 or 4.5.2 upgrade. Anyone got a fix or workaround?

Many thanks. This seems to have sorted most of the Page Not Found.

I still see one when I click the name of a category from either the list of questions or from within a specific question.

On checking the link it is inserting a double forward slash after dwqa-questions, could this be the problem?

index.php/dwqa-questions//example/

I have tried copying the URL and removing the extra forward slash but this doesnt take you to the list of questions in the category either so perhaps something should be between the 2 slashes?

I have upgraded to 1.3.8.1 but the layout of the single questions is still screwed up. Any help would be appreciated.

A restart of the server brought these pages back so I guess it was a cache thing.

The site now loads after updating to 1.3.8.1 however if I try and go in to a question from the list of questions I get an Oops page not found try searching… screen.

The same happens once I click the Ask Question button beneath typing in a question.

No other plug ins are active and I am using a standard WP theme.
