I think the problem comes from Evolve.

Hi,

I’ve found the way to have the good display while navigation in the shop :
MYSITE > SHOP > MYPRODUCT1
MYSITE > SHOP > MYPRODUCT2
MYSITE > SHOP > MYPRODUCT3
but the problem persists if we go to the root of the shop.. It is displaying :
MYSITE > Products
and not
MYSITE > SHOP
Why ?

Product Root Page is set to : SHOP
Product Archive Display is unchecked.
Product Hierarchy Display is checked by Category (it’s ok for me).

I wrote to Evolve an email on their site for commercial support and questions. 2 mail in 3 weeks! NO RESPONSE. 0 support, 0 team, 0 help, 0 commercial answer. They don’t even show they would like to sell their theme.

Absolutely. I don’t have his mail, I don’t know him. Maybe he/she will join the discussion.
While waiting, I got some problem to display your contact page. I try on 2 navigators but I can’t see fields and where I have to put my address/subject/etc. Is it a problem from me ?

No problem at all Reedyseth! My facebook mail had probably fallen in spam ^^ Thanx to you for your work. I have the poedit program. I will take a look on the translation but I would not encroach to the translator worker. Maybe we can speak together with Jean-Michel if he wants to fix those minor corrections ??

Sorry but..
Is there a solution to assign user’s level for the option “”Show normal website to logged in users?”. As I asked 3 weeks ago, if these option is checked, ALL logged users can see the site.. This is a real problem if we want to lock the site to customers and make it visible to administrators.
Tell me if I have to find another solution.

In my side, comments appear in Posts (Articles) but don’t appear in Pages. What’s happen?

– Comments are activated in Setup/Discussion (box checked).
– In Posts (Articles) & Pages, comments are allowed (box checked).
– In dashboard, I see all comments in Post (Articles) and in Pages.
– I desactivated (nothing changes) and reactivated all plugings (nothing changes too).

I can’t provide url address, it is under maintenance.

I’m tired.. and support on official evolve website doesn’t respond since one week.

Should I change theme ???

I had a Fatal error due to a “Cannot redeclare hide_login_nav()…”
So I erased the last code I had :

function hide_login_nav(){
    ?><style>#nav{display:none}</style><?php
}
add_action( 'login_head', 'hide_login_nav' );

And globalized actions with your code. It works perfectly. The 3 links are now removed.

Yes I tried just now. WP downloaded all the dashbord in spanish but the plugin stay in english. Same thing when I go back to french. Dashbord come back in french but the plugin stay in english :/

I have got the same plugin as you and nothing is translated today, very strange, but I noticed the same issue some days ago, and not only in this plugin. I though as you that was coming from a WP upgrade..
I really don’t know, but I confirm you are not alone.
Do you think we try to post on the support forum of the plugin ? Either there is a support option integrated in the plugin (section “Support”). I wrote him one time and the author reply under 48h and he is nice.

After adding this code into my childtheme functions.php file, I’ve tried 2 methods of customer account creation :
– creating the account customer and proceed the first order at the same time.
– and only creating the account (without ordering).

It works perfectly!
I received emails notifications of new accounts in both cases ??
