preload = “none” on the audio controls was all that was required. This turned out to be nothing to do with this plugin ??

Thanks very much for replying. I’m confortable with the html, etc. I’d already tried inserting a link and it hadn’t worked, but it must have contained a typo or something silly, because I’ve just tried again and it’s working fine. Duh!

I’ve made some progress with this. Dark mode looks great if the page is initially loaded in dark mode, but if switching from normal to dark, some elements weren’t changing.

The solution was to nest those elements under .wp-dark-mode-active and assign my own colours to them. I haven’t finished working my way through, but it’s working.

I still don’t know why so many elements were being excluded but at least I’ve found a solution that works.

I can try experimenting with that css to see if I can make it affect all the widget areas at once.

Sorry to have unintentionally highlighted an issue on your site! I’ve just had a look (nice site btw) and I have to say I couldn’t really notice on yours, so I wouldn’t worry about it. If I get it solved though, I’ll let you know!

Apologies for that. I forgot that I’d temporarily disabled it while I tried to fix the problem. It’s enabled again now!

Can I ask what the solution was please? I think I have the same problem.
The page loads great the first time, but when dark mode is switched off, then back on again, all the sidebar panels look too bright still and the background colour isn’t quite as dark as it was on the original load. If I refresh the page everything looks good again, but only until the dark mode is disabled/enabled again.

Yes, the lists of inclusions and exclusions for the two libraries are completely different. If a category exists in library 1, it doesn’t exist in library 2. Two completely distinct sets of categories in each library.

Each library is displayed on a separate page, and the appropriate categories for each library are displayed.

I’ll email you the two config exports now along with further info.

Separate but similar issue, but I also noticed that the search function only returns results if they’re in Library 1.

I just tried setting it to [link-library-count settings=5] (I only have 2 libraries) and it still displayed the total for Library 1.

Oh it is, sorry! I should have been clearer… the current page *number* should probably also be disabled. The next/prev is correct, as per your screenshot

No problem. The current page should probably have the hyperlink disabled, consistent with the current page of the breadcrumb trail also being disabled.
It’s working beautifully now though.
