First of all, thank you for your GREAT feedback.
We found the problem and it looks server based bug. We tested themes everytime. But this error was hidden. We solved this problem in v 1.02.
If the problem is solved, Please let us know in here.

I tested ninjaForms with Great theme. The contact form has been displayed properly. But there are some javascript errors on your site. I recommend you update everything. Disable all plugins except NinjaForms and try again.

Mark says is true. Slider does not work without the featured images. But, you’ve found an slider alternative.

But, Your documentation url is wrong.

No need a specific plugin or documentation.

Easy.
Only add the “Great slider widget” to “Header” widget area. Move and drop.
Use a customizer for images, links etc.
