page views are still getting recorded fortunately

Ahh ok, I’ve contacted my hosting support and they said that a plugin was blocking it:

This issue was a conflict with the Async Javascript plugin. I’ve now added the Ditty News Ticker and Ditty RSS Ticker as exclusions via Settings> Async Javascript > Plugin Exclusions and Script Exclusions, respectively.

I’ve also cleared the site cache. The ticker is now viewing correctly.

The client is always in there adding things and updating so not sure why it was added but we’ve filtered it out now.. Just letting you know in case the same thing ever happens again!

Hi, I’m trying to submit for review with facebook, but I’ve had to disable the plugin as it just breaks my website.. how can I send them a screencast of something that isnt there..

I’m getting the same issue, it fixes for an hour or so then breaks again.

Also, I struggle to get the right app id’s as your instructions here are out of date, facebook has changed it now and it’s pretty confusing so new instructions would be helpful.

I know that is how I get the IP address in an email, but what I need is for the IP address to be sent via the webhook? How can I do this?

Ignore that, it was an issue as I had an old version installed and deactivated.. I’ve fixed it now, and it’s working great, thanks a lot!

It’s just not enough time to read the instructions I’ve added, and I don’t think most people will know to click off then on the field again to see it..
maybe increasing the time to 10 seconds or something..
