But I’ve realized what the origin of the problem is.

For some reason, some emails are sent with the unsubscribe link like this (they don’t work): https://example.com/?noptin_ns=email_click&nv=HNp6d (etc).

While others are sent like this (and they do work): https://example.com/?noptin_ns=unsubscribe&nv=K4Q0N (etc).

The one that doesn’t work says “noptin_ns=email_click,” and the one that works says “noptin_ns=unsubscribe.”

Most emails are sent with “noptin_ns=email_click.”

Now it’s working again. I’m not sure if it was fixed with the latest update or if something changed on my site. Thank you anyway!

I just checked and the links from old emails I sent are still working. That is, the website is not redirecting. The problem is in the link generated with the latest versions of the plugin.

I already have the redirection disabled.

The unsubscribe link always worked for me, but in the last email it stopped working. That’s why I thought maybe it had to do with a recent plugin update.

The only new plugin I added was WP Security, but if I disable it, nothing changes either.

I think that my problem is that my wp-config.php file is in var/www/mywebsite.com and the plugin is looking for inside htdocs. How could I fix it?

I think it’s a cache issue or similar. Something similar happened to me, after updating my site it looked strange but I regenerated the Elementor CSS/Data and it was back to normal.

Even with version 2.0.2, the site was still crashing. It occurred to me to deactivate the child theme, install version 1.9.9, and then update to 2.0.2, and it worked. After that, I activated the child theme, and the site started working again. Apparently, for some reason, it wouldn’t let me update the theme with the child theme activated. Maybe this will help others too.

I did not receive any error code. It just loads forever without opening the website.

It happens when using Webhook. I tried with two different sites and I have the same issue.
