Hi,
Benjir here from the Customer Success team at Poptin. Hope you are doing well.?
You can put any prize codes on the slices but make sure you have the same coupon codes generated on your WooCommerce platform or any platform that you use since Poptin doesn’t have direct integration with WooCommerce or any other similar platforms.
Since we don’t have direct integration with any plugin like WooCommerce, we don’t have such features in Poptin. But WooCommerce integration with Poptin is already in our feature request list and we will work on it in near future.
Have a nice day ??
Cheers!

We don’t have any trigger to show a popup when a visitor clicks on any external link. But you can use our on-click trigger feature to show a popup when they click on a link/button and use the external link to the redirection link section on the popup so that when the visitor clicks on the link/button on the popup they will visit the external link.

Hi Michelle,
You can see the emails of the people who signed up via popups on your Poptin account’s leads tab and you can get them via email also. Please check this guide for more details.
We have almost 70+ integrations with Poptin which you can find here. Some of the popular WordPress plugin integrations are Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo(Formerly SendinBlue), Active Campaign, Mailerlite, Mailgun, etc.

Exit intent trigger obviously works on mobile devices also but differently. It works when the visitors click “back” in the mobile browser and tries to go back to the site or app they came from. For example from Google SERP or Facebook. The popup will not show up when the visitors just navigate between the inner pages of your website, but only when they hit “Back” to exit your site. To understand more clearly please check this screencast.
I look forward to hearing back from you. Did my response help you? ???
Cheers!Hey @rontapcado ,
The CSS code I added was for the specific popup but it will work for all popups if the popup is active. I have checked and the CSS code is working for your other popup as well (screenshot). You can add the below CSS code on your website that will be applied for all used popups across your website if you want..poptin-live #poptinFormSubmitText .froala-editor-button { min-width: 100%;}
Waiting for your valuable feedback. Have a nice day ??
Cheers!Hi @rontapcado ,

Cheers!Hello @rontapcado ,
We have fixed the button showing issue for you and it’s showing now on the popup. Please check and let me know if it also works on your end. Please check the screenshot for confirmation.
Did my response help you?

Hi @rontapcado ,
The button you have used is getting 0% width, so the button isn’t showing correctly. I have escalated the issue to my Engineering team and will get back to you within 24 hours with a possible solution.
ThanksHi @rontapcado,
I have checked your popup on the page you shared and seems like a CSS issue with the button. Please allow me some time to inspect it properly and I will get back to you with the solution soon.
Thanks for your patience ??
Hi @dbase66 ,
Benjir here from the Customer Success team at Poptin. Hope you are doing well.
I see the Poptin plugin didn’t work for you and created a fatal error that could happen due to plugin conflicts which are common in WordPress. You can install the Poptin installation script manually on your WordPress website’s header.php file before the ending of <head> tag which will also work perfectly.
Here is the Poptin installation code for you –
<script id='pixel-script-poptin' src='https://cdn.popt.in/pixel.js?id=f2bed5623369b' async='true'></script>
We look forward to hearing back from you and really want to make Poptin work for you ??
Cheers!

In reply to: [NSFW] [ElementsKit Elementor addons] Make header stickySticky content module is a Pro feature. So, if you need sticky header, you need to purchase the Pro version of the plugin.
Sure! Navigate to the plugins details page and you will find USEFUL LINKS section. Click on the Request a Feature link and share your awesome feature request there.
Thanks for the system info but that didn’t help me to reproduce the issue on my end when tried to reproduce it using same envrionment. Also you didn’t answered my question I asked earlier. Are you using ShopEngine template for your checkout page or the default Woocommerce page? Are you using ShopEngine template for all you Woocommerce pages or for specific pages. Please share the details.
