Are you using ShopEngine template for your checkout page or the default Woocommerce page? Also please share the live website link to check the issue more clearly. As we couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end, can you please provide more details to reproduce the issue on our end?

I have checked your demo website for the mobile menu you’re looking for. You can’t build the same menu using our Megamenu builder. But in our Pro version you can use the WordPress default menu with submenu without showing the default Megamenu for the desktop version. Pro version has this feature. For more clarification please check this screenshot which might help you to understand the feature properly.

We are not clear about the problem you have mentioned with the header and ACF fields. Please give us more details about “the header and acf fields disappear” issue. For the first issue, I assume you have already solve it on your site. For the second issue, the issue isn’t from our plugin as the footer you’re using is from the theme.

However, the footer problem can be solved by adding this below CSS code in Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS

.footer_wrap {
    z-index: 5 !important;
}

The website URL you shared earlier I have visited it and after visting the website, it’s redirecting me to login page. That is why I can’t check the website for further inspection.
