Thanks – I had already read the page you referred to. The thing is though that I am using Canvas – a theme made by WooCommerce. So if the theme is the problem, then it’s a bigger problem that my issue.

In the cart I am seeing the two radio buttons even when the condition for free shipping is met.

I don’t want customers to see two options. I want them to see ￡7.00 flat rate per order, or free shipping.

I want them to only see the flat rate when the free shipping condition is not met and the free shipping option only when the condition is met.

Are my settings wrong or is what I want simply not possible?

In our particular case it is important. We sell greeting cards B2B. In each order the customer buys many products and multiples of each product.

Each product has a title but the products in the catalogue are listed sequentially by SKU and customers are used to tracking this way.

Could you point me to which files control the SKU output to the admin emails so that I can set them for the customer order emails?
