I also note that when trying to upload a background image after saving its says the file had been loaded and in the media area there is a record of the image but no image is visible.

I get the same error when trying ti upload any media.

Have to say that there does seem to be a lot of people with problems post upgrading. I have changed the theme, disabled plugins and renamed the plugin folder via ftp and my login page is still missing.

I would give it a miss for a bit as lots of us are experiencing problems after upgrading to 3.1.3

Same problem here – on upgrade, admin login disappears. Deactivating plugins makes no difference and I only have three to worry about. However, if I try to access my admin in explorer as opposed to firefix it says ‘cannot open in a frame’ ‘open this content in a new window’ and if i click this, my admin appears and I can login. Any thought?

Any more thoughts on this as I am not moving the site location, just pointing a new domain at the site.

Panic over – I managed to pull it back from the trash.

Thanks – Im not moving the site though and it will remain in its original location. All I will be changing is the namerservers from domain A to domain B. I beleive my hosting company need to do somethng their end as well.

Thanks for that. What code would I need to do away with the green box for the title and just have a line under the title so it appears to be a box with the main box border. Hope that makes sense. What I am trying to achieve is to have a text box with a title box that is part of the the main border with the ability to have the title area a different colour than the main text area. Thanks for you help.
