    Thank you for help.. But still not working..
    And I getting this error :

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/options-permalink.php on this server.

    And yes, i’m running my own VPS and using ubuntu 14.04 lts with apache2 and php7.0 .

    Any other Ideas?
