Hi, thanks for your quick feedback, no, when I clicked the blog post below “When shared, this is what will be included”, it opened the Facebook sharing screen in the new tab, and there was not featured image nor icon image of the plugin in this case.

Could you be more specific? I did check the given link and read through “Sharing doesn’t take the right text or picture” of “(Perceived) Bugs” section, but I am not sure where to go for the next step or can I fix the issue or not, I did however set the featured image as shown as the reference Jing screenshot before I came here, thank you for your attention.

I had a problem to proceeded deletion of this plugin today alone with a warning for my WP multi-site/network, I followed the instruction here to deleted the plug via FTP, and I succeeded. I am leaving this message for the record, particularly because this is the first time I had a lost-control situation to delete a plugin after using up to 100 plugin of WordPress CMS.

Is there a place users can download prebuilt layout online? I searched but I did not find it, if someone knows about this, please let me know.

OK, I just tired, but it didn’t work, thanks anyway. A few more background information, the project I am working now is a multisite network, the previous case I worked on is not a multisite network, but I encountered same issue among the workflow of both WordPress sites.

It was a quiet new installation, I kind of doubt about the conflict of plugin, I am having the same issue again in another fresh installation just made hours ago, so that just make your assumption even less possible.

However, if I look the upside, this incident will force me to create page design through Page Builder by myself. Thanks for your attention.

Hi, I just saw this earlier post and figured it out and got the three column shown in my homepage top (later I will change it to the bottom), now I need to figure out how to add a big box on the top of the page like the original design.
