Is there a way to remove the site admin email (from settings) from the notifications? So only WP USER Admins are notified?

Thanks! I added this plugin and updated the FROM, then logged out/in but one of the admins has not received the notification (inbox or spam). We have 2 admins, one is getting notifications, the other is not so I added 2 additional emails to the “notify more users” section (1 the admin who is not getting notifications, and another user who is not an admin). Neither of the “notify more users” emails were received.
