This is the same problem.I think the categories numbers are ok because :
When I rebuild cache, I can see the right thumbnails appeaering when rebuilding pages…. It’s weirdo….I don’t use wordpress cache plugin and deleted my browser cache…

In fact all goes wrong…
I tryed really all …Without other code, with the good “, with the full shortcode (longcode in the end hehe)… But every items appears in each category.
My category numbers are ok…
