Can you please go to WooCommerce>Status>Logs and open the logs dropdown selector (at the top right side of the page) to see if you can find any logs that start with the “fatal-errors-” name? If that’s the case, please open the latest one and share its contents with us here.

This will give us a better understanding of the errors that you’re getting.

Can you please try to enable the debug option in Marketing>Facebook>Connection and try to reconnect to see if any errors are logged in WooCommerce>Status>Logs?

You’ll need to open the logs selector at the top right side of the page to see if a new ‘facebook’ log has been created there. If that’s the case, please share its contents with us here.

Based on what you say, it seems that the problem is related to the translation functionality, as if I understand it correctly, the products are properly synchronized if you’re not translating them using WPML, right?

If that’s the case, you’ll need to reach WPML support and report the issue there, as they’ll probably have to add some adjustments to their plugin to support our Facebook for WooCommerce plugin in a way that makes it able to sync the translated products correctly.

You can easily achieve it by adding “/%post_id%/” to your product’s permalinks structure as a “custom base”.

Here’s an example:

https://d.pr/i/eKQJQG

Once done, your products URL will change to something like this:

https://mysite.com/40129/product-title/

(Being 40129 the ID of the product)

I have another problem. Where/how do I edit the email notification for customer receipts in order to get a copy of it email to myself automatically as well? for example.

You can use the woocommerce_email_headers filter to CC or BCC any other email addresses to these notifications.

This may also require custom code, but here you can find a nice tutorial that explains this case:

Can you try to temporarily disable all your plugins except WooCommerce (I suggest you to try it on a staging version of your site) to see if the issue persists?

Can you try to select the wanted permalink structure in Settings>Permalinks and click the “Save Changes” button?
